Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of 3DPrintFiles.App. By using the website, creating an account, downloading a file or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Website Access
You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the website and eligible digital files according to the applicable license.
Free Models
Free files may be subject to account, captcha, download-rate or other reasonable restrictions. Availability may be changed or discontinued.
Pro Models
Pro files require an active plan. Pro access is personal to the account holder and must not be shared, resold or used to operate an unauthorized download service.
Individual Purchases
Models displaying an INR price may be purchased individually. Access is normally granted after successful payment confirmation. Purchased access is tied to the relevant user account.
File License and Ownership
Purchasing or downloading a model does not transfer ownership of the original digital design. The user receives only the rights stated in the model license.
Unless explicitly permitted, users must not:
- Share or publicly distribute original files.
- Sell or sublicense the original digital files.
- Upload the files to another marketplace, repository or file-sharing service.
- Bypass access controls or automate unauthorized bulk downloads.
Commercial Use
Commercial use is permitted only when the specific model license allows it. Permission to sell physical prints does not include permission to redistribute or sell the original STL, ZIP, OBJ, 3MF or other digital files.
Payments and Digital Delivery
All paid products are digital. No physical goods are shipped. Access may be activated after successful payment verification and completion of any required account checks.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy . Users should review the model details, license, pricing type and file formats before payment.
Account Suspension
Access may be restricted or suspended for payment fraud, file redistribution, credential sharing, unauthorized automation, security abuse or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
