All products are digital. Files are delivered online without courier, parcel or physical shipping.
Digital Delivery Only
3DPrintFiles.App provides downloadable digital model files and online access. We do not sell or dispatch physical products.
There is no courier, parcel, transport, warehouse dispatch or physical delivery timeline.
How Digital Delivery Works
Depending on the model type:
- A Free model may become downloadable after the required verification.
- A Pro model becomes available to an eligible account with an active plan.
- An individually priced model becomes available after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
Delivery is generally immediate after successful verification. A temporary delay may occur because of payment confirmation, account checks, server maintenance or a technical issue.
Download Problems
When an eligible file does not appear, contact us through the Contact page with your registered email, model ID and payment information where applicable.
No Shipping Charges
Because no physical item is delivered, courier or physical shipping charges do not apply. Taxes and digital service charges may still apply where required.
